Here you will find any other instruments, new and second-hand, and accessories that I have in stock at any given time. The new items are not necessarily things that I stock on a regular basis: some have been acquired for a particular event but have not all been sold at that time. Second-hand items have usually been taken in part exchange. I have described the items as best I can, but I am not an expert on some of them!
Prices were correct at the last update but are subject to change without notice, and include VAT at the current rate where applicable. I can also get a range of items that I don't stock, so it's always worth calling if there is something you need.
To order, phone or email me. I will make arrangements to get the items to you (by post if possible) and will send you an invoice for them, plus postage (or carriage) at cost. Then you send me a cheque within 14 days. If you wish to pay by credit card, please email me and I will arrange a Paypal e-invoice.
New Student classical guitar, Blue Moon or Sierra (appear to be identical), laminate spruce and Linden, made in China ... £49.50
Heritage 'Sweet 16' archtop jazz guitar. Solid spruce carved arch top, solid maple carved back, maple ribs. The body measures 16 inches wide, hence the name (that's 407mm but Sweet 407 doesn't sound right)! This guitar is designed to be used as an acoustic, and with medium to heavy strings it produces the classic acoustic jazz sound with plenty of volume. There is a floating pickup set at the end of the neck for amplification which gives a beautiful rich sound. The condition is not perfect; the lacquer is cracking around the headstock and there are a couple of tiny dents. It was made during the early 1990s and I have owned it since approx. 1995. It was used regularly up to the end of 1998 but rarely since. It comes with a custom fitted Calton fibreglass case, which weighs a ton but gives it good protection. .... £2,000.00
Gibson ES775 archtop jazz guitar. Maple arch top, back and ribs, ebony fingerboard. Grover machine heads. Twin humbucker pickups. This is the classic jazz guitar: the 775 is an up-spec'd 175 and sounds exactly as you'd expect. This example dates from the 1990s (I'm not sure exactly when it was purchased) and is in very good condition. It was previously the property of an amateur guitarist and has not been heavily used. It comes with a Gibson hard case..... £2,850.00
